Terms of Service

Product-approved draft dated September 12, 2026. Pending legal review before production activation.

Accounts and endpoints

You must create and verify an account before creating or claiming an endpoint. Anonymous endpoint creation is not offered. An endpoint is a licensed service address; you do not own the n-v.io domain or retain rights to an address after deletion or reassignment.

Free service

A Free account may have up to 100 active endpoints. Each Free endpoint expires exactly 60 days after creation. Clicks, logins, edits, traffic, and other activity never extend that date. Owner-only conversion notices may begin on day 30.

Expiration and recovery

At expiration the endpoint stops routing. The account holder then has seven days to activate an eligible paid plan and recover it. After that window, the endpoint and associated customer data may be permanently deleted and the address may be assigned to someone else. We do not promise recovery after deletion.

Paid persistence

An eligible paid endpoint persists while its subscription or license is current, its account is in good standing, and its use complies with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Paid status does not prevent enforcement for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or nonpayment.

Responsibility and enforcement

You are responsible for destinations, redirect chains, responses, integrations, and automated behavior configured through your endpoints. We may investigate reports and block, suspend, limit, or delete endpoints or accounts to address suspected abuse, security risk, legal obligations, or policy violations.

Also review our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and abuse reporting process.
